MCVFA Certificates

If you have a member of your department who has achieved 50 years of service, the MCVFA would like to recognize them for this accomplishment. Please fill out the attached PDF and we will create a 50 year certificate for that member. We can either send you the certificate so that you can present it at a meeting or an Officer from MCVFA can come out and make the presentation. We also recognize organizations for various incorporation anniversaries (50 yrs, 75 yrs, 100 yrs… etc.)
