Lynn was a Member of the Rush Volunteer Fire Department where he had served as a line officer and as fire commissioner. Lynn was President of the MCVFA from 1980 – 1982.
Dennis M. Joy

Dennis was a Past Director of the MCVFA. Dennis was also a member of the Barnard Fire Department, where he was a past Chaplain, Director, President and Fire Commissioner.
Lynd T. Hicks
MCVFA President (2010-2012) – Spencerport FDOctober 21, 2022 – age 73
Lynd was a Life Member of the Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Association, Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Exempts Association, Past President of the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen’s Association, Monroe County Volunteer Fire Police Association, and Area Director of the NYS Volunteer Fire Police Association. He also belonged to Western and Northern Central Volunteer Firemen’s organizations.
Thomas E. Eiswerth
MCVFA President (1992-1994), FASNY Past President – Pittsford FDMarch 16, 2022
Tom was a Past President of the MCVFA and Past President of FASNY. Tom was also a member of the Pittsford Fire Department. When Tom left Rochester, he was a co-founder of the Alpharetta Fire Corps Volunteers for nearly 17 years.
Edward J. Sexton Jr.

Ed was a Past Director of the MCVFA and served on many committees for the Association. Ed was also a Life Member of NCNYVFA. Director Sexton was also a member of the Penfield Fire Department.
Ted V. Summers, Jr.
MCVFA Past Treasurer – Pittsford FDOctober 8th, 2021, age of 92
Ted joined the Pittsford Fire Department in 1964 where he served continuously for 54 years, with 50 of those years as the organization’s Treasurer. Over subsequent years he also served as Treasurer for the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen’s Association, Pittsford Fire Department Explorer Post 595, Boy Scout Troop 341 and as Budget and Finance Committee Chairman for Northern Central Volunteer Firemen’s Association.
Louie Leone

Louie was a Marine Corps Veteran and a retired Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy, a 37 year member of the Pittsford Volunteer Fire Department, Past President of the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen’s Association and the Monroe County Fire Police Association.
Chief F. Douglas Marquardt
MCVFA Past Director – Webster FDAugust 30, 2020, age 82
Chief Marquardt was a 63 year life member of the Webster Fire Department where he had served as their Chief. Doug was a member of the Webster Exempts and many other County and State Fire Organizations. Chief Marquardt also served a Board of Director for the MCVFA.

Zip was a member of the Barnard Fire Department, Barnard Exempts, WNYVFA, NCNYVFA, FASNY and the MCVFA.
Steven Little
MCVFA Past Director – Point Pleasant FDMarch 28, 2019, age of 64
Steve was Past Chief of the Point Pleasant Fire Department and was instrumental in forming the Pt. Pleasant Fire Explorer Post which was one of the first in Monroe County. Steve was also a member of NCNYFA, FASNY, NYSAFC, and MCVFA were he was a former Board of Director.
