Chief Marquardt was a 63 year life member of the Webster Fire Department where he had served as their Chief. Doug was a member of the Webster Exempts and many other County and State Fire Organizations. Chief Marquardt also served a Board of Director for the MCVFA.

Steve was Past Chief of the Point Pleasant Fire Department and was instrumental in forming the Pt. Pleasant Fire Explorer Post which was one of the first in Monroe County. Steve was also a member of NCNYFA, FASNY, NYSAFC, and MCVFA were he was a former Board of Director.

Ken was a member of the Churchville Fire Department, were he served as President and a member of the Fire Police Squad. Ken served as a Trustee, and on many committees with the Western New York Volunteer Fireman’s Association, a Director with the Monroe County Volunteer Fireman’s Association, Served on the Fire Police committee with FASNY and was a Past President of the Second Battalion and Monroe County Fire Police Associations.

David was a Past President of the MCVFA and also a Past Trustee for the FASNY Firemen’s Home. David was also a member of the Rochester Protectives and a Call Firefighter for the Kodak KAD Fire Department.

MCVFA Past Board of Director – Brockport FD

May 15, 2018, age of 79

Along with being a Past Board of Director for the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen’s Association, Robert was a Past President for the NYS Fire Police Association, a member of the Brockport Fireman’s Exempts and a Volunteer Fireman for the Byron, S. Byron and Brockport Fire Departments.

James K. Walsh
MCVFA Past Director and Past Secretary – Marine FD

Jim was a a Past Director and Past Secretary to the MCVFA. Jim was also a retired Commander of the United States Navy and a Past Chief of the Marine Fire Department of the Port of Rochester.

MCVFA Past Director, Past Sgt-at-Arms – Penfield FD

Gene was a Past Director, Past Sgt-at-Arms and Life Member of the MCVFA. Gene also had a 40-year career at the American Can Company, worked at Embrey’s Drugstore, drove school bus for Penfield Central Schools and was an active member of the Penfield Fire Company for over 60 years.

FASNY Past President Carl Veltri was a member of the Barnard Fire Department where he served as a Commissioner, District Treasurer and Department President. Carl was also a member of the Barnard Exempts. Carl was a member of MCVFA, NCVFA, WNYVFA and many other organizations.
